20 minutes, twice a day, is the maximum for most techniques I know.
Anyway, I'm waiting for someone more familiar with EFT to chime in that a resistant subconscious can be addressed using EFT techniques (which don't cost nothin' and require no technology.)
And yes, you can probably see a theme emerging in my replies--I really don't trust these techniques that tout themselves as the last refuge for people who've tried everything, require a large cash outlay, and that are sold on websites that seem as if they could be selling Amway products. |

As far as my meditation goes, there are lots of people who meditate much longer than that. I agree that at some point, straight meditation will offer diminishing returns. My basic approach was 20 min med/visualization at 5am, another session after lunch, a late afternoon session, and then 1/2 hour before bed. Time would vary based on what else I had going on. I still don't think that's overkill, even if it was all straight meditation w/ no visualization. But to each his own...
If you don't trust this stuff, don't try it. Pretty simple solution...
