US has a very interesting system.
Constitution says people has the right to be alive, but the system is designed not to give, and to block, any fighting chance to people who want to survive.
Terrorists want Americans dead, insurance companies and hospital CEOs too. Are you sure terrorists do not own any stocks from such companies? Such business allow to make profit out of the death of Americans.
