I can tell, because I ran the program while the window was minimized and still got a reasonable high score. I'm sure i didn't influence it myself, because I was busy reading other stuff while doing it.
When I maximized, the indicator was completely to the right, about one milimeter from the most right point and kept moving backwards and forwards, if these are really random 1's and 0's that is almost impossible. My endscore was 20 something. Second time, same method 21. It's fake.
Actually it has to be fake, because a computer isn't a good random number generator. The long list of 1's and 0's this would produce isn't really random, so you cannot have influence on it.
