Ginko is pretty much right. I would suggest going on a very strict 30-day trial of all organic foods, with very low sodium, don't ADD salt to anything, and make sure that your meals are varied in color.

There's a lot of speculation as to how much our "food" that we eat affects us on a cellular level that lead to very well known and hazard medical conditions.
