I actually got that idea from
this post on how to become a better writer. During the two hours I don't always have stuff to write about so to keep me from just sitting there I figured why not write some affirmations. Usually while I'm doing that I'll find something else to write about too.
As for the sugar, it did take me watching a lot of videos, reading, and listening to understand how damaging it was to the body. I never really got into drinking anything with caffeine or alcohol or any other drugs. I figured I had enough problems with the processed food and sugar addictions.
