I have no answers; only the same questions as you.
I am a survivor of horror, as are many, I do not see this as a uniqueness (obviously it is not) - but I question the limits and the whys....
I agree with you - my heart hears you and I wonder all the same things. I have spent a lot of my life trying to read myself *better* - act myself better - shake off the horror - heal. So far - nothing has really worked and I've been at it for about 30 years.
