Looks like google books lets you read a few pages and then skips a couple? I believe I read the whole thing online at first. I'm not sure how google books works.

Frustrating. If it's like that for you too, I guess DM me if you're really interested and are not going to go get the book. I made a pdf of it and could email it to you.
