So, on the "sound" or "vibration" you hear from inside your head...yeah I hear that as well...I don't think it's dangerous at all...then again I feel compelely safe in the universe...nothing real can be threatened is what I recall from "A course in miracles" and I idenitfy with my reality.
I sometimes focus on that sound as if it was the cosmic mind of god giving me a download...or it is the background sound of the universe...
...the more I focus on the sound...it does seem to envelope my entire being...that makes for some interesting dreams if I doze off
On the other points of getting "pulled out" I have had some freaky experiences in my life that scared me before...nothing exacting like what you are desribed, but more on the order of pre-OBEs or several false awakenings...in my experience...although they are frightening...the experiences are not dangerous...again nothing real can be threatened.
On being special...I suggest you consider the possibility that you ARE AN AMAZING conscious being with phenomenal cosmic power...that does not make you special...all conscious beings are amazing in their very nature....
