 My office promotion, and the UNIVERSAL SHIFT
I posted earlier that I got the promotion to be trained to work in the office. That did happen, however; week after week, the schedule kept coming out with me scheduled to work on the floor as ussual.
I'd deel a little discouraged, but would easily work my way back to feeling good. This happened over and over again, and then, something happened.
This thing that happened was what my boss manifested for hmself. Don't know all the details yet, but he's apparently no longer with the company.
He's a nice guy, and hard worker, but apparently he was the thing standing in my way to actually getting scheduled to to be trained.
The person who is now responsable said, "I don't know what Steven (my former boss) was doing, but you should have been put in the office weeks ago."
I think the Universe did it's thing, and removed the obstacle. Make me wonder what else is coming, because a lot of the other employees were good budies with the former boss, and could not stand the guy in charge now. Maybe a lot of them will leave also, as they may not be able to get from the new manager what they found easy to get from the old.
I think this last major shift occurred because I'd given up holding that my happiness was dependant on my getting that posistion. I could be happy with, or without it, then BOOM! Major shift at work.
I am now scheduled to begin my training to morrow, Monday, to work in the office. TA-DA!!!  |
