Klaus Joehle- The Messenger- Manifest Things By Sending Out Love 
This guy published a book with a very weird story- he claims angels appeared one day and showed him how to manifest things by sending out love.
He swears it really happened.

He goes on to claim that he used this technique to go into the future and pick winning lottery numbers;

It can be used to increase business;

I looked to see if anyone, independent of the author's site had any success with this. I looked at amazon.com although I don't always trust all the sources, I take them into account. Here are a few;

Another poster said she tried it, and didn't notice anything, so for a moment, I was about to put this in the 'skeptical/not sure' category, but to be fair, I looked it some more and read that the user, should be in a deep, delta-like state when practicing this.
I haven't tried it for 'manifesting things', but a couple of days ago I experimented with the technique on my lunch break at work, while listening to a brainwave program that puts you in a delta state.
While casually doing the technique, I did notice later I felt energized with an upbeat mood for a few hours after wards.
The book is free, so at least it does cost anything to try...
