That's a good question. How much focus is required?

If you focus too much does that not become attachment, which leads to grasping which the universe doesn't understand?

If you don't focus enough then your intention dies?

I think the answer lies in the middle somewhere.

You must be focused, you must consistantly keep you mind on what you want, but without denying what you're getting. That's very tricky when you're in some kind of situation you want to get out of.

You must accept the moment (it's all that's real) but use it as a base to build the next moment.

Think about what you deisre as much as you like, but do it in a way that is pleasing to you. Don't worry if you doing it too much as long as it's positive you can't break it.

By definition you won't be able to think of you desire every second of every day, but when you do, make it very enjoyable.

Many gurus say 2 x 30 minute mediatation/visualisation sessions are good. That's fine as long as the rest of the time you thinking in a positive way and supporting the intention with positive energy.

I find the more I think about my desires, the more I want to think about them and that is helping me build the moment.

So don't worry about how often you focus, just do it as much as you feel comfortabale with. If you think too much will stop the manifestation, then you'll be right!

You can't think to much about what you desire, just as long as the emotion is right.

PS Attachment is when you must have it or else. "I have to get this job or I'll just die!!" The universe hears this, but senses conflict and fear in the intention and that is just confusing, you're sending out mixed signals.

You want the job badly, but you want it so bad, you actually are fearful you won't get it and that emotion reigns supreme.
