Well... if you're not "allowed" to hang out with other guys without knowing them, how would you know anyone O_O? Your parents are ignoring something reaaaally important, and besides... you're about to be 20? You should do what you want, because you're allowed to. If you still don't think you're allowed to, you should teach your parents! THEY aren't allowed to!
