I'll give you a general recommendation for unguided hypnosis and subliminal music: DON'T USE THEM! They don't work. There's been o ton of research on these methods, and besides the fact that for the moment, they can get you feeling very relaxed or confident, they have no lasting effect.
You probably have a mild form of social anxiety. It's very familiar ground for me. I recommend you look intro CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and try it. It's a lot more solid and it gets you actively involved.
