Someone told me to try this last September. Within 72 hours I felt like a new man. Since these are just vitamins and supplements purchased in a health food store and taken in regular daily doses, there are no side effects.

Take the following daily in normal doses:
LTyrosine
B6
B12
copper
folic acid
Kelp with iodine

All of the above cost me $35.00

Here's the weird thing. For the past 20 years I have always needed an espresso around 3 pm to keep from falling asleep. I have told myself that my daily latte break is the one addiction that I would never break. Within a week I lost the craving for afternoon caffeine entirely. Over the past 6 months I have had maybe three lattes and each time I regretted the purchase.

I still do enjoy my morning pot of coffee immensely.
