Got a boot disk from bootdisk.com, but can t get the computer to reboot from C: .

The positive thing is that I am learning a bit more about DOS, trying to get this computer to boot.

I am tenacious and the last thing I want is to get my computer to a shop,have them work on it for 5 minutes and charge me hundreds of dollars for it, plus I don t want to lose my data.

I appreciate your assistance.
