Oh i think there are lots of people here who share your interest. they just might not have seen this thread.
I think one of the easiest ways to make friends here is to post, and send people PMs.
I have made lots of people from just sending someone a PM when they said something i was interested in.
I like alot of the same things you like except I am not a big manga fan and anime fan. I know alot about it (fruits baskets, cowboy bebop, ghost in the shell, etc, etc, etc) since alot of my friend are into it.
