Well...I am not really as effective as you guys are, even though I try to work as much as 8 hrs a day, I end up working maybe 2hrs in a concentrated manner, the rest spent in a semi-concentrated state.
I really wish I could improve my concentration...even though I have been trying to do so, I havent been that successful, for its not the external agents like some music or telivision, or phones which distract me, but my own thoughts which distract me most.
Could you suggest any method for improvement. Does meditation really help in any way. I had tried it once but when I found it ineffective I dropped it.
