As you say seeds, "The Big Bang theory is purely 'materialistic' and proposes that everything of the universe was literally crushed into a very small and very dense space that exploded into suns, planets, etc.
I think the key element here is, "everything of the universe." The 'everything' is the material which is contained within the unmaterial universe. The universe is infinite - unlimited, but the material is limited. It is impossible for the mind to conceive of anything that is unlimited so the thinking mind must come up with something to explain that which is unexplainable.
I'm not begrudging your idea or trying to argue with your point of view, but am simply pointing in a different direction or, you might say, adding another point of view.
Why couldn't it be that when the Big Bang occurred, the infinite universe was already in existence and the very dense material, including light, simply expanded out into the universe? The light and the material are not the universe, but are part of the universe. The universe is not a bubble, has no edges, has no beginning and has no ending because it has always been infinite.
