Though, these wont help you if you are using Windows sorry  | Heh, my first post was similar, only with Linux (KDE) shortcuts.  Then I thought better of it and edited.
It irritates me when people just assume Windows...
P.S. The Windows shortcut for 'show desktop' is Windows_Key + D
