2. I've been doing what you term "Triple cardio" for months and have in fact gained weight/muscle, just not very much. (I would state though that my strength has increased drastically)
3. Cookies and soda are good for carbs, the bodies main source of energy. Nothing wrong with a few cookies and I find it ridiculous that you would imply as such. Furthermore, I get more than enough of my daily vitamins, minerals, prophenols, antioxidants, etc... I do it all. And did you fully read what I wrote before you responded, because it doesn't seem like it and you come off as somewhat rude in your post. Hopefully I am mistaken somehow.
