Here's something you can do.. Go to
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal and check some of the keywords you're considering.
After the search, look for the box under 'advertiser competition'.. ideally you'll find keywords that don't have that box
all filled in And have good search volume.
Then I always take those keywords and 'google' them to see how many advertisers there are. Ideally you want lots.
One last thing I believe is
super important.. Ask yourself how far along in the buying cycle your visitors will be. Look at these two searches:
1. diet delivered
2. toning exercises
With '1' they are probably looking for diet food delivery companies so they can order NOW.
'2' they're looking for free info on the net for exercises.. they may end up buying something on the site.. but that's not their intention with that search.
Play around with the adwords and when you have 3 or 4 that look promising, go to my Diet-Delivered.com site and email me.. better yet comment on my site.. and I'll run those keywords for you through my SBI Brainstormer
