I'm glad that you brought up the importance of courage. It made me realize that I need more courage, not just in the manifesting/action stage but in the earlier intention stage. Like in your early example of how thinking about having lots of money makes most people nervous, I've been shying away from even visualizing my dreams because it makes me feel so uncomfortable. The act of visualizing triggers feelings of inadequacy and so my vibration doesn't rise to the higher level of my goal.
You said that when you're in the action phase, having courage means saying yes to the new vibrational experiences as they come to you. How would courage be applied to the intention phase? How can you make your desires feel closer or more reachable (and so raise your vibration)? Is it just a matter of repetition or is better to start out with more modest aims?
