Actually it's still being used.
It's in some of the multi-dose containers for DTaP, DTaP-Hib, Td, Hib, etc. (vaccines commonly given to children).

(This is the from the 2009 "Epidemiology and Prevention of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases" pink book that the CDC publishes.)
The entry for thimerosal is on page 5.
It says that even some of the single-dose vaccines contain it, but doesn't list them.
