Ah, I see! Thanks a lot for the explanation. So it was there because I expected it to be there, or... thought of it, in a way. If I hadn't thought of the switch and just moved my hand, forgetting that it was there, it might have gone through the entire switch as it appears in the physical world, if I'm getting it right

I think my next big step should be to seperate completely, which I haven't experienced yet, or to get vision. I never get to see anything with my eyes closed.
This night I had a nice sleep paralysis 4 o clock, and I felt as if I was pushed a bit, not all at once. Then I was turned around on the long-side, so my head was at where my feet would be, in a way (I didn't do it myself. I normally don't do any of those movements myself). I stayed for longer than usual, and I tried to imagine the roof (the teleport method) which didn't have any effect. I also thought I could just try to say "Hello?" with my mind, but I didn't notice any response or anything. Thinking of the guides here.
Do you, or anyone have any concrete tips on how I could further achieve results? (Third eye vision, more separation)
