The only thing I know is that it's toxic in "high doses," but I don't know what they consider high doses. I also don't know why thimerosal (the ethyl mercury preservative) has to be included in multi-dose H1N1 vaccines, when it has been removed from childhood vaccines. And it seems contradictory that the FDA decided to take thimerosol off the approved substance list for childhood vaccines, but it's allowed for flu shots.
