Day 1 thoughts
As I finished the writing part of my trial so late last night I didn't write a lot to this forum.
Thanks again to Justin for his encouragement. It helped when you said you were paying attention. And hope you perDev keep up with it. I quite smoking around two years ago when my son was born and it has got to best thing I've done for my health ever.
I struggled getting a the two hours of work/writing in as I have many interuptions but kept track with Clockingit site. It felt good when I did finish that I could relax for ten minutes playing xbox before bed.
I videoed my son for quite a while he ran around the garden and felt really positive about not eating any sugar etc. Although I did eat Corn Flakes which does have some sugar added it is not this small amount that will probably end up giving me diabetes - it's the binging on cakes and chocolate. Felt good not to eat sweets for a day and my energy levels where so that I could stay up late and concentrate when after a binge I sometimes felt exhausted at 10.
Even after one day I feel better. It has given me some structure to what is avery unstructured normal day. I will just try and get everything done earlier.
Hopefully have time for bigger post tonight.
