If one has to be unhappy to accept a challenge, then lightworkers can never gain any power here and now. If they are fundamentally happy, they have nothing to strive for and therefore they won't do anything.

In conquering a challenge, I improve. I'm really glad I've improved. I savor it, and I want to do it again. I want to be better. The difference is that I seek to improve because I am fulfilled, because I see what I can become and I want more of that as opposed to doing it because I fear being bested or getting left in the dust.

Does that indicate dissatisfaction? Yes and no. If I'm happy with what I've accomplished but I want to do something more, it means I've fallen short of perfection and I'm not willing to call it good enough. But dissatisfaction isn't inherently a bad thing. It's part of any initiative to change. Lightworkers feel it, too. The fundamental question is do you use your power to push forward or do you turn it against yourself?

At the base level of existence, there's nothing to strive for. This is not the base level of existence. You can't deny the pleasure of progress without unplugging from this reality. That's fine, if it's what you want to do. But it's the antithesis of personal development. PD is about capitalizing on the opportunities this reality provides.
