Mine is a 31 day because my wife has her birthday this month and I know some aspects of the trial will be near impossible or at least not worth the agro.

1. Not eating sugar or artificial sweeteners (except when needed in bread/alcohol)

2. Learning and practising web design for an hour

3. Writing for ebook or website I plan to make for an hour

4. Taking a picture of my son

5. Posting to this forum

I thought at first that this was too much as I tend to get stressed/depressed and feel guilty when eat bad stuff but I realise 1. shouldn't take up any time and I'm more likely to do 2 and 3 to take my mind off doing 1. 4 is something easy that I always wanted to do but now will for the next 30 days.

I've realised that the 31 day limit is so important as I know certain occassions that doing this will be more difficult. Desserts with celebration meals etc or birthday/wedding cakes where my wife will be upset if I don't.

So wish me luck and will post everyday incl. topday to tell you how its gone.

Thanks Ed
