Fats - Avacados, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, olive oil
Calcium - Spinach, kale, carrots, dates, raisins, cabbage
Protein - Broccoli, Cauliflower, legumes, lentils, peas
You can build a child's body out of fruits and vegetables. I think Erin did it. They're called vegans.
