no personal experience but i have seen one of their commercials which begins very inspiring, we can all rise above the obstacles type stuff. and at the end there's the plug for their group. i'm like wow, that's sad and a bit manipulative. wish i could explain it better but it's like trying to snatch up vulnerable people.
oh wait... they aren't the only group that does that...
