Hi Gazi,
Raw apple cider vinegar should be taken right before you have a meal. The reason for this is simple, when you ingest Raw apple cider vinegar before meals it gets your stomache primed with a little bit of extra acid to better digest your food. You see the reason why people get heartburn is because they do not have enough acid in their stomach to break down all of the food completely. The drug companies would have you believe that heartburn is caused by too much acid but I assure you this is not the case.
