As concerns ATP, Na+/K+ Sodium potassium pump, cell potential, degree of electronegativity etc...

Anyone found or know of any experiments done to variably change the electrical output of cells? Wondering what the possibilities are here. Seems like you would at least be able to increase the number of Sodium Potassium pump enzyme in cells somehow I would think. What are the limits here if any, or hasn't anyone tried??
