For the most part, yes, but not always. I'm almost always happy, but not everyone around me is always happy, though they usually are.

And likewise, at some parties if people start pulling out lots of drugs and alcohol, then I would not enjoy it and I would leave as soon as possible, but others might be having a good time there.
