My blog is about acting. I was created the blog for a number of reasons.

1. Actors need websites, blogs, and damn near all the promotion they can get, so I'm told.
2. I like to write. I also like to discuss things with random people.
3. I feel like I have something unique and of value to offer: my story.

In all honesty though, my blog offers a practical guide for actors in any stage of their career. As I consider myself a beginner, I plan to offer advice, inspiration, motivation and encouragement for fellow actors and anyone striving to achieve their dreams. It documents my journey starting from the ground up. From leaving the security that I had pursuing an Economics degree at Cal Poly Pomona (which I didn't have to pay a dime for, they paid me to go to school) to mustering up the courage and deciding to pursue my dream of becoming an actor earlier this year (with no money, no plan, no back-up plans).

It's still in it's infant stages, I'm still figuring wordpress out, but the vision is to offer hope and inspiration, practical advice relevant to both actors and everyone else. I've got about ten articles up, check it out, let me know what you think. Lifeisbutastage.wordpress.com
