Lots of ways. One easy way is to sit with your eyes closed and imagine yourself doing things that a highly capable person would do, in the way a highly capable person would do them. Keep imagining it until you feel you've locked on to the feeling of being capable.
Then repeat that every day for at least 20 minutes a day. Eventually you'll start carrying that feeling with you longer -- well beyond those 20 minutes.
