O+ here. I eat anything, but typically have some meat 4-5 days a week. I've done raw for a little bit, was feeling ok, but lost too much weight. I just go off my cravings now.
I agree with another poster who said blood type is not an indicator of what diet you should/will eat. But blood type is a reflection of something in our beingness. There's four blood types... four directions (Native American spirituality), four seasons..., catch my drift? I wondering if there's a link there somewhere.
