Sublingual (melts under your tongue) methylcobalamin has been available as an inexpensive supplement at standard grocery stores for years in the US, it's just that most multivitamins still use the even cheaper cyanocobalamin. Go wherever you would usually buy vitamins and you'll likely find it.
