I was vegetarian for consecutive 3 years and vegan for 6 months before things got bad for me. After just one month you'll probably feel better since most people have some significant detox necessary. Laying off hard to digest stuff like meat really helps in that area.
What I have noticed is that my body needs much less meat than my mind would have me believe. A couple times a month is fine for me.
I would love to get to the point where my body is fine living off of prana, for example. However, forcing it to that point won't help which is why I've just decided to take the path of least resistance and follow what my body asks for.
