In playing around with Abraham's place mat process, I found that writing the phrase "let _____ know that s/he is loved" often made them connect with me, even a particular person who is hard to get a hold of. I guess because when you're thinking of getting x, y, or z (a text, an "i love you," flowers, attention, etc) from them, you're thinking about what you feel you need from them/"out there" . . . But flipping it over and thinking of what you can share with them seems to come more from a placing of knowing that you are whole and that you have so much to offer.
