I have heard of the blood type diet theory, and must say when I tried veggie, vegan, and a raw diet I did not feel well. When I added meat back to my diet I felt good again. Some people will say that meat has nothing in it that plants don't, well I beg to differ, because I felt my health improve, and my blood work became better soon as I started eating meat again. I'm a type o blood type.
