how ironic...
my birthday was this past Friday and i was on the receiving end of a hit-and-run that day - on my way to a birthday massage. i did focus on the positive - i was uninjured, my car is not too damaged, and three people came forward to be good samaritans (two of them even chased the girl in their cars for a time).

and then i had a conversation with my sister that allowed me to express the anger. stress relief can be about finding a way to be more calm or about being active to release the built up chemicals from a situation like that. a combination of conscious walking and jogging/running (like in intervals) might address both sides of this.

maybe also treating yourself to something you enjoy but don't always do - a bit of healthy indulgence. breathing consciously is good stress relief as well.
