As on all areas of my life, I am very weak at Physical area rightnow.
so i am going to focus on it
mainly i will do
right excercise
right diet
right motivation.
I have thought through various excercise method including
weight training - cancelled,
running - canceled
cardio - canceled
and will start with something simpler as i dont have even that much energy that i can do weight training or running - and i think if i will do that i will quit in few days .
so i am going to start simple Yoga from tomorrow.
My goal is simple to increase enegy level so that same enrgy i can use in other areas of life.
lets hope yoga will serve that purpose.
