Hello! I know we can all relate to you on this! I know I've had days just like that.

I agree with everyone else! Deep breathing is wonderful and jogging. My favorite is going on a breath walk. This is a yoga practice! As you walk, you in hale for the count of three, and exhale for the count of three. The heart is balanced and opened by the count of three. And, the mind is balanced and opened by the counts of four. Honestly you could do either one, but when I'm stressed I feel so much better synchronizing with my heart.

Something to be mind full of... Do some quiet reflecting. It is not a bad decision to choose this career. Our paths lead us in a direction for a reason. Perhaps it's time to re evaluate, especially if you aren't happy. If the pressures on, then take some steps to get the pressure off.
