This is one of the most informative posts I've seen from you, and that's saying a lot. You actually inspired me to try abandoning dairy, coffee, processed food, and meat. I feel great so far!!! My mind is much clearer and I genuinely feel relaxed, almost in a blissed-out state, rather than hurried or anxious like before. Today I had a negative association with eating dairy--it felt like I would be "taking advantage" of the cow, which made me sad (normally I crave dairy more than anything).
I really love this article and it's going to make me juice much more than before. I usually put in a lot more ginger than you, but that tends to overpower the flavor. I'm really curious about trying kiwi and fennel--maybe other flavors like mint or oregano would be interesting too. I'm going to grab a lot more greens at the grocery store this week
