Breathing works for me. Simply sitting or standing still and breathing, trying to calm myself down.

Plus in the book Zen & The Art of Happiness there's a great mindset to get into of everything that happens is the best thing that could of happened. Even when you're in a stressful situation then you can still frame it as a victory.
