Default How do you deal with stressful situations?

Starting with a bit of background, I'm in my early 20's, in debt, unemployed and training to work in an industry that doesn't look very promising any more.

As I've gotten closer to the industry my interest in it is not as much as it used to be. When I signed up to the course it looked brilliant from my point of view because at the time I was doing something worse.

Today on my birthday of all days on the way to the training centre I written off my mums car swirving to miss a car stopped out of a junction in my lane. I don't live with my parents though it's just that my mum didn't need the car so she let me use it.

I try to look at at everything on the bright side. I walked away from the accident unharmed when It could have so easily gone the other way. I missed a metre deep ditch and a telegraph pole by about half a metre.

Reflecting on it all creates a indescribable confliction of emotions.
