Is it possible to take action without simultaneously having a thought? For all we know it's thought that creates all along, we just trick ourselves into thinking it's our actions that are making things happen. And, according to LOA if you believe your actions will get results, it would then follow that your actions would get results. Just as if you think your thoughts get results without action, it would follow that your thoughts without action get results. But notice the common element is thought.

You do have to take some action, but like Abraham (from the Abraham books) says action is just physically receiving what you've already created in thought.
Of course, you can't sit in bed all day, never paint, and become a famous painter. You have to let your thoughts guide your hands to pick up the brush and paint the canvas. But if you just want to be rich, sure you could probably just fall into some money. You'd still have to probably pick up the cash with your hands or turn on a telephone to receive a phone call that you've just become a millionaire. But I'd say those are some pretty basic actions, and not the complex, strenuous, frustrating goal-setting and physical labor actions you're talking about.

It's not action the itself, it's they type of action, the intention behind it, and the expectations that surround it. Yes, you can literally sit down, become free of resistance, and all manner of crazy stuff will start happening. If you want it to.

Have you tried it for yourself, or is this just an "intellectual possibility" for you? Like, I know about Italy, but I've never been there. All my knowledge of Italy is second hand. In order to really get what LOA is about, you have to spend some time with it to test your assumptions. Most people believe that it's a mechanical world though, and that the only the work they do with their bare hands has any effect on the physical world. If you suspect it's not that way, you could benefit by learning more about the topic. If you think it's unlikely, your time is better spent in the world of action and goal-setting.
