The easiest one for me is
Amazon.com: Raw Food Made Easy For 1 or 2 People: Jennifer Cornbleet: Books
It has lots of good but simple recipes. Most take me about 15 minutes to make.
However, I don’t use that cookbook as often. It was great when I first went raw, but now I find myself really enjoying these 2
Amazon.com: I Am Grateful: Recipes and Lifestyle of Cafe Gratitude: Terces Engelhart, Orchid: Books
and
Amazon.com: Sweet Gratitude: A New World of Raw Desserts: Matthew Rogers, Tiziana Alipo Tamborra: Books
they are a bit more complicated (takes 20 minutes for the average recipe) but so much more flavorful and enjoyable for me.
These 2 books call for raw food staples that are not typically found in a normal grocery store but are easy to get online or at whole foods. However these staples that most raw food people have (raw nuts, raw cacao powered, raw nori, etc). Some of the recipes also use Irish moss which I have fallen in love with. I order that from purejoyplanet online.
For all 3 of these cookbooks it helps to have a vita mix blender and a food processor. However for the last 2 some of the stuff requires a dehydrator.
Hope that helps!
