In order to not threadjack the Polyphasic thread, I'm starting a new one here to talk about guitar playing and music study. I myself have been playing guitar for around three years, and although I can't say that I'm the best around I've had good experience. I currently play with a local band and have taken lessons from a few musicians, including the eminent Joe Stump.

What instruments do you all play? What kind of music are you into? And if anyone has any questions about guitar playing, feel free to ask.
