hello all,

when I astral project I cant seem to get out of my body---I am in astral form but I am otherwise superglued to my physical body. no matter how hard I try I can't seem to get away from that! What is it and How can I cope? I have tried everything from affirmations to commands etc. but nothing seems to work?
